Soulitude emerges from a deep desire to add value to the global Christian community by addressing rest in a biblical and professional manner. With steadily rising statistics in recent years related to anxiety, depression, and suicide, Christians are not exempt from these numbers. Lack of rest has become a central factor contributing to the increase in these statistics.
Soulitude is a fusion of the words “soul” and “solitude,” through which we aim to promote rest for Christians — individuals, couples, and families — with a focus on investing in their relationship and intimacy with God.
We believe that rest is a gift from God and that, in today’s world, it is perhaps one of the most overlooked commandments among Christians in general.

Soulitude is in its initial funding phase, which requires financial support to proceed, starting in January 2026. The first phase of the project will last for one year and will be divided into three main components.

Awareness encompasses all preventive efforts and educational initiatives related to the topics addressed by Soulitude. It is manifested through the project’s communications, which include the provision of diverse free content and resources developed with the collaboration of various Christian professionals across relevant fields.
